Well this week was a great improvement from last week. I was able to get five runs this week. The only one I cut short was today's run. My leg strength is not where it needs to be yet. I just didn't have the stamina to go as far as I wanted to go.
Tuesday- 10 miles
Thursday- 14 miles
Friday- 10 miles
Saturday- 16.6 miles
Sunday- 12 miles
Looking forward to another great week of training with Marquis and running.
