Tuesday's training

Well I was able to get out on the trails by my house today. It was a pretty windy day, but that didn't effect the run at all. Felt really strong through it all. I kept the pace very easy. Never really got out of breath or wanted to walk at all.

I went to the Y to do a Core Express class, then went to the weight room and did a bicep and triceps workout. Saw my good friend BJ and his wife there.

Ran 10 miles in 1:40:29
