Session 6 & Training run

We did hill repeats for a solid hour.  The hill wasn't high, but it was steep.  Anything from spinting with high knees, lunges up hill, back pedaling in a squat position to out right sprints.

He had me do this one thing called the duck crawl and I have to say, it is one of the hardest things I have ever done.

It was an hour of torture.  Not really a whole lot more to say, think you get the idea.

I went home and instantly left for my training run. Thanks goodness I only had 8 miles to do.

I ran 8 miles in 1:18:58.
